Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or registering an account on the mega118 platform (official website: mega118.vin), you hereby agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use mega118's services.

These terms and conditions are supplementary to the mega118 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is a separate document that is equally binding on all members. Any conflict between these documents will be resolved at the absolute discretion of mega118.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and use mega118 services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Not residing in a region or country that explicitly prohibits online betting activities.
• Registering under your own name only — registering on behalf of another person is not allowed.
• Only one account is permitted per individual. This covers one account per name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, and device.
• Registration information provided is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

Mega118 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time, including copies of identification cards, utility bills, or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in account suspension or closure.

Member Account

Each member is fully responsible for their account, including all activities carried out through it. This includes the following responsibilities:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with anyone.
• Keeping personal information up to date and accurate at all times.
• Notify mega118 immediately if there is any unauthorised access to your account.
• Not transferring, selling, or assigning account ownership to any other party.

Mega118 shall not be held liable for any financial or other losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from a member's negligence in maintaining their account security. All transactions carried out through your account are your sole responsibility.

Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administration fee or closure at mega118's discretion. Prior notice will be sent before any action is taken.

Deposit & Withdrawal

Mega118 supports a variety of payment methods suited for players in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, and major e-wallets. All transactions are processed through secure channels with 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered under the same member's name.
• KYC verification must be fully completed before the first withdrawal request is approved.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the chosen payment method.
• Mega118 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security review purposes if required.

Bonus & Promotions

• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time frame before any withdrawal from bonus funds is permitted.
• Mega118 reserves the right to cancel bonuses where there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.

Game Rules

All games available on the mega118 platform are operated in accordance with their respective rules as set by the game providers. Players are required to understand the rules of each game before playing.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, mega118 will take reasonable steps to resolve the situation fairly.
• All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been verified by an independent third party, ensuring fairness in every round.
• Mega118 is not responsible for any losses arising from internet service disruptions on the player's end.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mega118 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and legal action where applicable:

• Fraud in any form, including the use of false information during registration.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Opening more than one account or using another person's account.

Account Closure & Suspension

Mega118 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time if:

• A breach of any part of these terms and conditions has occurred.
• Member suspected of involvement in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Registration information found to be false or misleading.
• A directive has been issued by the relevant authorities.
• Account inactive for the specified period.

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting the mega118 customer support team. Any valid account balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to compliance with these terms and conditions.
